NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program, developed and presented by the Employers Resource Council. The ERC is Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest professional organization dedicated to HR practices, programs and services. We were winners in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Also, as a 2009 Special Category Winner, Noble-Davis received the Empowerment Award, which recognizes practices that promote autonomy, empowerment, and flexibility in the workplace.

Noble-Davis Consulting, Inc. earned Recordkeeper Certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) from October 14, 2009 to October 13, 2010.
