They are required to undertake a rigorous series of examinations offered by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) to gain designations. Membership in ASPPA also requires stringent continuing education requirements that each designated member must maintain. We also have regularly scheduled in-house training on a monthly basis to enhance and reinforce their knowledge of retirement plan rules and regulations.
